Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in development of productivity and automation tooling
- Hands on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Copilot
- Experience with Python, TypeScript and scripting for automation
- Firm understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business productivity
- Exposure to Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration tools
- Knowledge of MCP and Agent-to-Agent design patterns
- Experience building and maintaining Power Automate flows
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI Automation tools
- Design and implement automation workflows that streamline business processes
- Develop and integrate Python-based tools and scripts to support AI and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity enhancements
- Contribute to the development and deployment of AI models and intelligent agents
- Explore and apply concepts like Model Context Protocols (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent communication
- Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices—or be ready to learn.
