Requirements
- Familiarity with RPA tools, (LLMs), and commercial AI/ML products
- Skills in designing and executing process improvement plans based on robust data analysis, highlighting key resources and addressing operational gaps
- Technical expertise in driving technical solutions through various avenues like RPA (Automation), Data Science, and AI
- Exceptional skills in prompt engineering
- Ability to quantitatively map and evaluate complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Responsibilities
- Creating advanced data-driven process improvement plans, identifying key resources and gaps
- Identifying and assessing high-impact RPA and AI opportunities across business service functions
- Translating business challenges into AI-driven or automation-led solutions
- Crafting advanced prompts for use in large language models (LLMs)
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Quantitatively mapping and evaluating critical business processes
- Executing advanced business process improvements through automation and AI-powered solutions
Other
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably a master’s degree
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, showcasing a track record of implementing automation, AI solutions, and process improvement initiatives
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience documenting and deep diving into business processes from both a business and technical standpoint
- Ability to work in a hybrid and in-office presence
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
