Requirements
Deep knowledge of data sources, analytical tools, and business drivers.
Proven ability to apply advanced analytical concepts to drive business outcomes.
Experience building analytic tools for business team use.
Proficiency in Excel (including VBA, macros, and data visualization), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages such as SAS and Emblem.
Responsibilities
Conduct complex analyses to uncover operational insights for the APD claims organization.
Manage projects of varying complexity, offering technical and analytical evaluations to enhance APD claims operations.
Apply advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and develop solutions that improve loss outcomes.
Utilize and adapt predictive modeling tools, creating analytic tools that empower our APD OneTeam partners.
Synthesize data from diverse sources to answer complex questions concisely and accurately.
Manage and execute complex analytics projects with a focus on profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key strategic decisions.
Other
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 7 or more years is preferred.
Advanced degrees in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields are a plus.
Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to effectively present data and guide business discussions.
