The US Consumer Marketing organization at American Express needs to integrate data from various sources into their use case and develop reporting capabilities to enable access to customer marketing data in an organized format and help derive meaningful insights.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working on relational databases and big data platforms like Hadoop and Google Big query.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
- Big Query knowledge, Tableau, PowerBI, Python basics
- 2+ years of experience in an Analytics environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the logic, maintain and enhance the existing data lake for all Customer Treatments (ex. Cross-Sells, Upgrades, Lending treatments etc.,).
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to understand the new features, groom the requirements, investigate issues.
- Collaborate with the Technology team on daily basis to get projects delivered in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Finance and other enterprise data teams on need basis.
- Cater to ad-hoc analytic and data requests to leaders.
- Provide an incubation environment for new analytic/reporting ideas.
