Hearts & Science is looking for a Data Scientist to help clients gain business advantage in personalized digital marketing by leveraging data-driven insights from cleanroom data and various analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Intermediate programming language skills (SQL, Python, R, etc)
- Basic understanding of machine learning techniques, causal models, etc. to support the analysis of information
- Awareness of digital clean rooms, and their related concepts and strategy
- Experience building and reporting dashboards
- Certifications in any of the following: SQL, Python, R
Responsibilities
- Formulate queries to derive insights from cleanroom data and develop analytical solutions for business partners.
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to evaluate campaign performance across clean rooms and various analytics platforms (such as Google ADH, Facebook Advanced Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Design cleanroom dashboards and reports to facilitate strategy optimization as part of a comprehensive measurement framework.
- Embrace innovative cleanroom features (such as audience creation) and modeling techniques to enhance measurement and analytics capabilities.
- Provide analytical project support to the strategy, media, and audience teams.
- Assist in the development of the DS Practice knowledge repository through presentations, documentation, and other resources.

- Clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

- This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
- The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
