Requirements
- Experience with technical systems such as APIs, databases, and cloud environments, coupled with a grasp of fundamental privacy principles (e.g., data minimization) and relevant certifications like a J.D. or CIPP/US.
- MLOps knowledge to review model design, code, and data sets.
- Experience organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations.
- Experience in Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement, and Program Management.
- 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications like a J.D. or CIPP/US.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end compliance engagements, including developing the review scope, test plans, and comprehensive documentation.
- Drive technical validation of AI/ML and LLM systems as a specialist, leveraging MLOps knowledge to review model design, code, and data sets.
- Support technical compliance testing for key global regulations (e.g., DSA, DMA, AIA).
- Assess compliance risks to lead remediation efforts and drive controls automation and program refinement.
- Develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization.
- Proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Internal Audit, Legal, PSS (Privacy, Safety and Security), and other impacted Product Areas.
