We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Global Trade (GT) Licensing professional looking to gain experience and grow their skills and career as part of the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, RTX Corporation. As part of the Raytheon Legal, Compliance and Contracts (LCC) organization, GT Professionals play a critical role in supporting the successful capture of international pursuits, and the execution of contracts, program and supply chain requirements. Our GT Professionals ensure that Raytheon remains compliant with both U.S. and Non-U.S. Export/Import (EX/IM) regulations in all the company’s global business transactions.
Requirements
- Experience in one of the following areas: global trade, compliance, legal, contracts, supply chain and / or international business
- Broad Export/Import experience and increasing responsibility (licenses, agreements, compliance, and transactional activities and application of regulations (ITAR, EAR, Customs)
- Practical Experience with DECCS, SNAP-R, OCR EASE Tools and/or SAP systems
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLA) and other requests for approval to the U.S. Government.
- Assist with the development of authorization strategies for the international marketing, sales, support, offshore procurement and manufacturing of defense and dual use articles.
- Provide status updates to the programs/stakeholders for awareness.
- Obtain signed agreements and other required documentation from foreign parties (e.g., DSP-83s, ITAR NDAs, etc.) as applicable.
- Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Administer day-to-day execution of export/import authorizations with oversight by a Global Trade Manager, or Empowered Official, ensuring compliance for all activities under the authorizations.
- Support interpretations of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control Regulations (OFAC) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) regulations.

- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

- Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
