Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics reporting experience
- 3+ years designing dashboards in tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Strong Excel and PPT experience
- Highly proficient in reporting, quality assessment, structuring, optimizing, analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrable ability to interpret business processes and needs and translate them into streamlined reporting and dashboards
- 2+ years of program management experience
- Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design and development of reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs across business, technology, Corporate Strategy, and Finance
- Analysis in support of managing and optimizing STS resource capacity
- Provide project management support and self-pace development efforts
- Mentor and provide direction to junior analytics developers on the team
