Schwab is looking to solve the problem of managing and optimizing resource capacity within Schwab Technology Services (STS) by developing advanced analytics and reporting solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of analytics reporting experience
3+ years designing dashboards in tools like Tableau and Power BI
Strong Excel and PPT experience
Highly proficient in reporting, quality assessment, structuring, optimizing, analyzing and interpreting data
Demonstrable ability to interpret business processes and needs and translate them into streamlined reporting and dashboards
Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes
Experience using Alteryx to streamline data
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, design and development of reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs across business, technology, Corporate Strategy, and Finance
Analysis in support of managing and optimizing STS resource capacity
Provide project management support and self-pace development efforts
Mentor and provide direction to junior analytics developers on the team
designing dashboards in tools like Tableau and Power BI
