NMOTC is looking to solve the problem of leading all software development efforts, overseeing the design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom applications across the NMOTC enterprise, while ensuring compliance with DoD software standards and cybersecurity protocols.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of web and enterprise applications to support NMOTC operations
- Ensure compliance with DoD software standards and cybersecurity protocols
- Create technical design documents, code, test plans, and deployment packages
- Maintain and update legacy code bases; migrate to modern frameworks where needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and user stories
- Perform software and system integration, testing, and sustainment
- Support ATO packages and RMF documentation as required
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in CS/IT or 10+ years of relevant development experience
- US Citizenship
- Active Secret (T5 Investigation) Clearance requirement
- 15% travel required, site visits throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, 25 pounds, and 50 pounds
