The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network requires leadership in Application Development/Sustainment to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit its IT environment, which supports all teaching and instructing for students, staff, faculty, and guests.
Requirements
- Specialized experience requirements include 7 years of progressive experience in serving as an Application Developer in .NET
- experience with DevOps Methodologies, GitLab, and Agile Methodologies
- Relevant Experience with Amazon, Microsoft, Google cloud services with skills to include .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, .Net, SQL, HTML5, SQL, MySQL, iOS Development/Sustainment, PhP, WordPress.
Responsibilities
- ensuring overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract
- administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network
- ensuring timely delivery and best DevOps practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management.
- planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all AppDev servers and applications.

- BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience with any one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification
