Paragon Films needs to design, develop, and maintain custom business applications to support its operations across manufacturing, logistics, finance, and other departments. This involves building, modernizing, and integrating software solutions using the Microsoft stack, and extending/integrating Dynamics 365 to meet business process needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with C-Sharp / .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8, WinForms, WebForms (ASP.NET), and Blazor (Server and WebAssembly)
- Proficiency with SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps (Git, pipelines, boards).
- Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Experience migrating WinForms / WebForms applications to Blazor or .NET 8+.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications using C-Sharp, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
- Refactor and modernize legacy WinForms and WebForms applications to modern web and cloud platforms.
- Extend and integrate Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (F&SC) and Business Central (BC) to meet business process needs.
- Develop APIs, shared libraries, and integration services between ERP, CRM, and other internal systems.
- Build and manage solutions using Azure services, including App Services, Functions, and Identity.
- Use Azure DevOps for source control, build/release pipelines, and agile project management.
- Optimize application performance, usability, and reliability across platforms.

- This position is based fully on-site at our corporate office.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—manufacturing, quality, accounting, logistics, customer service, and sales—to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
- Ensure all software complies with IT security, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Work may occasionally require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
