Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Developer/Integration Analyst - HRIS to design, develop, implement, and maintain data connections between Dayforce and other systems, ensuring successful transformation of HR data into meaningful reports and visualizations.
Requirements
- Experience with relational databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
- Familiar with Application Programming Interfaces (RESTful, OData, SOAP) for web service-based integrations.
- Experience using SQL queries for analyzing and manipulating data.
- Experience with SFTP and flat file methods for transferring data between systems.
- Familiar with programming languages such as .Net or Java.
- Skilled in debugging and optimizing applications and integrations.
- Familiar with internet, network, and systems architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and support data connections between Dayforce and other systems, using tools like Dayforce Integration Studio and APIs and following methods prescribed by the Dayforce Developer Network online portal.
- Define, document, and design integration specifications, including data mapping and transformation logic.
- Develop and maintain integration processes using tools like Dayforce Integration Studio and APIs (RESTful, OData, SOAP).
- Analyze source data, perform data mapping and transformation, and manage data anomalies for HR, payroll, and benefits data.
- Support data migration and historical data loads during system transitions.
- Maintain and enhance reporting processes and analytics visualizations, primarily using Power BI.
- Build and maintain system components including templates, workflows, style sheets, interfaces, data extracts/imports, and dashboards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 or more years of experience in application development, integration, and support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
