NIH client requires continued planning and technical support for IT application and website development and maintenance to create an efficient, effective, reliable, and secure computing environment in support of the NIH mission
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, and functions
- Experience developing and supporting applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL development, including procedures and functions
- Experience with programming languages such as .Net, C, Java, or web services
- Experience writing web service calls and performing application to database integration
- Experience with cloud and AI technologies
- Knowledge of automated testing tools
Responsibilities
- Leverage knowledge of .Net and back-end full-stack development to support mission-critical grant processing systems
- Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest approaches, tools, and technologies
- Ensure solutions developed by the team consider the available tools, utilities, and environments and follow industry best-practices
- Support the creation, development, maintenance, operation, and support of a web application infrastructure
- Develop and support applications anchored in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and newer implementations
- Write web service calls and perform application to database integration
- Create solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
