Selective Insurance is seeking a Senior Application Developer to support and enhance their enterprise financial planning systems, specifically maintaining and evolving their IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Proficiency in TM1 Turbo Integrator (TI) scripting
- Proficiency in TM1 Rules
- Proficiency in MDX and SQL
- Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) (formerly Perspectives)
- Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) (formerly TM1 Architect)
- Experience with ReportWORQ is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance TM1 Cubes, Turbo Integrator (TI) Processes, and TM1 Rules.
- Support finance teams during key financial cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals reporting.
- Assist with data validation, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Develop new TM1 components including cubes, rules, TI processes, and custom reports based on evolving business needs.
- Manage and update TM1 metadata and dimensions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Administer TM1 security, including user roles, access controls, and audit compliance.
- Provide daily production support to TM1 users, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
