Great American Insurance Group is looking for a professional to enhance data flow and system interoperability by designing and implementing integration solutions, and to manage the onboarding of new SaaS applications.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, cloud platforms, and security methodologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to support multiple products and domains simultaneously.
- Supports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions that enhance data flow and system interoperability.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements solutions that enhance overall system performance.
- Manage onboarding processes for new SaaS applications.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, process workflows, user guides, ServiceNow artifacts, and system specifications.
- Utilize strong analytical techniques to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with internal customers to understand their requirements and provide dependable technical support and solutions.
- Designs, programs, builds, and deploys software applications and systems that support various business and insurance processes.

- Excellent communication abilities, encompassing verbal, written, and active listening skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with individual contributors, organizational leaders, and offshore team members.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Potentially serve as Scrum Master facilitating effective teamwork and coaching, while assisting stakeholders in navigating team interactions.
