Provide high-level support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Work Order Management System (WOMS) and related integration applications to ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Java* and related frameworks (Spring MVC, RESTful APIs)
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java/Spring MVC development and application support
  • Proven experience troubleshooting production systems and performing root-cause analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Struts, JSP, HTML, and CSS
  • Solid understanding of Hibernate or similar ORM frameworks
  • Proficiency in MySQL and/or MariaDB, MS SQL Server
  • Experience configuring and deploying on Apache/Tomcat servers

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level support for WOMS: incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and proactive system monitoring
  • Maintain, enhance, and debug multi-tier web applications built on Java technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements and new features
  • Create and maintain technical and operational documentation
  • Develop and update end-user guides as needed
  • Implement best practices and support procedures to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability

  • Strong documentation and process-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers/support staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Agile/Scrum development experience
