ESA V program supporting Department of Justice (DOJ) customers, including ATF, requires software development support for custom applications, with growing needs due to cloud migration and application modernization. The program needs to expand its team to meet these evolving Java and .NET development requirements.
Requirements
- Application Server Experience with Agile development Cloud development experience
- Java Development JDK 1.7 / 1.8 (or higher); J2EE Technologies
- Microsoft .Net technologies C-Sharp, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, and Windows Communication Foundation WCF
- REST API, SOAP
- Relational SQL

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java and .NET applications using Agile software development techniques.
- Enhance, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to ensure the data streaming smoothly to integrated systems and applications.
- Support software application migration from an on-premise data center to a cloud environment.
- Consult with the business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop and analyze customer requirements, enhance features, fix defects, and upgrade the application.
- Perform application testing, vulnerability fixes, regular application maintenance, license/certificate update, and solving complex issues.
- Create and maintain application documentation.
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget.
