The Department of Justice (DOJ) is looking to support several customers, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), with IT applications and infrastructure services, and is seeking a Senior Application Developer to work on the ESA V program to satisfy rapidly emerging Java and .NET development requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java and .NET applications using Agile software development techniques.
- Enhance, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to ensure the data streaming smoothly to integrated systems and applications.
- Support software application migration from an on-premise data center to a cloud environment.
- Consult with the business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop and analyze customer requirements, enhance features, fix defects, and upgrade the application.
- Perform application testing, vulnerability fixes, regular application maintenance, license/certificate update, and solving complex issues.
- Create and maintain application documentation.
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 12 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 10 years of prior relevant experience
