The Department of Justice (DOJ), specifically the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), requires support for its IT applications and infrastructure. This includes modernizing and migrating existing applications to the cloud, necessitating new Java and .NET development to meet evolving customer requirements.
Requirements
- Application Server Experience with Agile development Cloud development experience

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java and .NET applications using Agile software development techniques.
- Enhance, monitor, and maintain Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) to ensure the data streaming smoothly to integrated systems and applications.
- Support software application migration from an on-premise data center to a cloud environment.
- Consult with the business process owners, customers, users and constituents to develop and analyze customer requirements, enhance features, fix defects, and upgrade the application.
- Perform application testing, vulnerability fixes, regular application maintenance, license/certificate update, and solving complex issues.
- Create and maintain application documentation.
- Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget.
