Mast Technology Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Applications Developer to act as a Subject Matter Expert in data flow between on-premises and cloud-based applications, focusing on the UKG Workforce Management Application and Custom Applications. The role involves identifying technical solutions for complex problems, maintaining integrations, and supporting existing production environments.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with Java 21 or higher
  • 5 years of experience with API Design, Development and Management
  • 1 year of experience with hands-on practical experience using Spring Framework v6.x
  • 5 years of experience working with middleware and integration platform teams, including MuleSoft, Talend, and Kafka
  • 5 years of experience with Workforce Management applications, including forecasting, labor, scheduling and timekeeping
  • 5 years of experience with React and Spring Boot Framework

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Technical Partner with an endless curiosity for new technologies and building quality products.
  • Work with functional partners and business team to identify technical solutions for complex problems.
  • Maintain status of existing integrations by monitoring errors, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes and product enhancements.
  • Assist in the technical evaluation, architectural design, integrations, implementation, and support of projects.
  • Participate in the gathering of functional requirements and creation of technical documentation.
  • Participate in Code-Reviews.
  • Provide Steady State support to existing production environment.
