The Healthcare AI Frontiers group aims to accelerate the discovery and delivery of new and better treatments by bridging the gap between AI research and clinical practice, ultimately improving patient health outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and/or Machine Learning.
- Track record of moving fast with open minded curiosity, bias to build, learn and iterate.
- 3+ years of experience building AI powered products as a full stack PM, engineer or researcher
- Coding skills in one or more of: Python, C/C++, C-Sharp, Java, Scala
- Experience with deep learning in PyTorch or Tensorflow/Keras
- Experience with recent CV, NLP & deep learning advancements, e.g.,transformers, attention, LSTMs, sequence to sequence, etc.
- Experience creating representative evaluations and benchmarks, including data acquisition, curation, labeling
Responsibilities
- Build 0-1 products from the ground up as a hybrid PM, engineer and researcher working across cross-functional teams
- Rapidly prototype with AI and execute with teammates with velocity
- Drive Healthcare AI agent and model vision, requirements, and guide the team to deliver and drive customer adoption
- Collaborate closely with software developers, designers, product managers, ML/NLP research communities, and healthcare organizations
- Communicate and articulate complex issues & technologies
- Bring your curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion to deliver on the promise of technology in a difficult, competitive, and exciting vertical
