Amazon's AGI team is looking to solve problems related to pre-training methodologies for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) models to improve customer experience with LLMs and multimodal systems.
Requirements
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Relevant Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) research experience with LLMs and multimodalities
- For system researchers, familiarity with deep learning compilers and auto-parallelization

Other
- PhD, or Master's degree and 5+ years of applied research experience
- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field, or Master's degree and 6+ years of industry or academic research experience
- Experience with patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
