Husch Blackwell Consulting LLP is looking to solve the problem of delivering AI services to clients by hiring a Senior Artificial Intelligence Consultant who can align business development, legal, and consulting teams, translate client requirements into actionable AI strategies, and deliver measurable business value through AI solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or client engagement within technology, AI, or data-driven environments.
- Deep experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders, including requirements gathering and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical tasks and actionable solutions.
- Skilled at synthesizing technical information into clear, client-friendly narratives.
- Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project success metrics.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools and ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into actionable AI strategies, governance frameworks, and solutions that deliver measurable business value and then delivering on those solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable project objectives.
- Create client-facing presentations that communicate AI capabilities, solution designs, and expected outcomes.
- Develop tailored proposals and supporting materials aligned with client industry, use case, and maturity level.
- Develop and implement AI strategies that align with client business objectives and industry trends.
- Facilitate agile development, rapid prototyping, and iterative solution delivery.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, analytics, computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related field.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% to HBC and client sites as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; adept at prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
