Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with AI data workflows, including training, testing, and validation
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and cloud platforms
- Understanding of IT systems, APIs, and data integration tools
- Ability to work with financial data and tie outputs to ledger/accounting systems
- Experience working with agentic, predictive, or generative AI systems
- Background in enterprise data governance or ML Ops
Responsibilities
- Manage, structure, and validate datasets for AI systems, ensuring outputs are realistic, relevant, and aligned with project goals.
- Extract and synthesize AI-generated insights to inform strategy, operations, and financial reporting.
- Establish and execute verification protocols to ensure data integrity before and after AI processing.
- Troubleshoot issues and create feedback loops to continuously improve data quality and AI performance.
- Partner with AI and IT teams to integrate data platforms, pipelines, and APIs into AI workflows.
- Lead analytics efforts, developing dashboards and reports that surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive cost savings, efficiency, and strategic growth.
