Requirements
- Deep understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks and product development lifecycle
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead delivery while managing financials, risks, and change
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe planning, PI facilitation, and epic/feature tracking
- Financial fluency—ability to manage forecasts, funding, and investment reporting with confidence
- Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple squads or workstreams.
- Translate product roadmaps into detailed execution plans, ensuring cross-team alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Manage interdependencies across product domains and facilitate resolution of delivery risks, issues, and blockers
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, change control, and delivery readiness reviews
- Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio teams on forecasting, investment planning, and funding alignment
- Support preparation for planning cycles and leadership reviews
- Serve as a trusted partner to Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Risk & Compliance, and Portfolio Management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in project/program management, ideally in digital product or enterprise tech environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions
- Strong organizational awareness and ability to work across product, tech, compliance, and finance teams
