L3Harris Enterprise Automation team is seeking to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Blue Prism automation platform, including design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions.
- Proficient in developing RPA solutions using platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar automation tools.
- Familiarity with integrating RPA solutions with APIs, OCR technologies, and web services; experience in this area is preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering automation solutions for enterprise-scale business processes.
- Knowledge of key components and deliverables within the Blue Prism Robotic Operating Model (ROM).
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and clarify requirements for RPA solution design.
- Translate business needs into accurate, scalable technical solutions with guidance as needed.
- Apply RPA best practices to build enterprise-grade automations; contribute to design and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop detailed solution designs with moderate oversight; build and test robust automations, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in post-deployment support with minimal supervision.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for each automation, including Solution Design Documents and Operational Handbooks.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts (BA), Blue Prism admins and business owners of business processes.
- Contribute to project alignment by supporting coordination between business expectations and deliverables in a collaborative team environment, under moderate supervision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work under moderate supervision as a part of the team.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 1 years of prior related experience. In lieu of degree, minimum 4 years of prior related experience.
