L3Harris Technologies is looking for an AI engineer to develop machine learning (ML) models and MLOps features for computer vision problems, ranging from material inspection to ISR tactical systems operating on the edge.
Requirements
- Academic and/or industry experience and projects applying Python for general programming tasks and excuting AI model training experiments and evaluation
- Experience with AI tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorRT, ONNX, and MLFlow
- Experience with deploying AI to SOC Devices such as NVIDIA Xavier, Orin
- Experience with real-time, image processing applications
- Experience with AI model development for infrared imagery
Responsibilities
- Development of AI models for computer vision applications
- Development of applied AI for edge systems on a team in an industry setting
- Proficient in Python and able to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- Understands ontologies and the value they provide.
- Experience completing software development tasks in an Agile work management framework in an industry setting
- Experience with deploying AI to SOC Devices such as NVIDIA Xavier, Orin
- Experience with AI model development for infrared imagery

- To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. or have completed their Master’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
