Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge and skill in statistical analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality.
- Guides and evangelizes development of projects and technologies that accelerate iterative, rapid experimentation processes, including feature engineering and data sharing across analytics teams.
- Collaborates with key technology teams and data governance to identify golden sources of data, implement standards and promote best practices.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Presents data, results, and/or recommendations from projects or process implementations to senior leadership.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Applies advanced analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of complex logistics data.
- Guides and evangelizes development of projects and technologies that accelerate iterative, rapid experimentation processes, including feature engineering and data sharing across analytics teams.
- Collaborates with key technology teams and data governance to identify golden sources of data, implement standards and promote best practices.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, MIS, Applied Mathematics, or other relevant field - Required.
- Master's Degree: in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, MIS, Applied Mathematics, or other relevant field - Preferred.
- 7+ Years Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Applied Mathematics - Required.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and direct peers.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, poise, and precision.
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
