BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Infrastructure Operations Analyst (Batch Requests/BMC Control-M, Broadcom ESP) to join their Production Control team to provide 24x7 support for all batch requests and one-time changes, monitor and enforce defined OLAs and SLAs, and handle targeted application recovery supporting multiple Control-M scheduler environments.
Requirements
- Experience with BMC Control-M, Broadcom ESP (Automated Workload Schedulers)
- Knowledge of z/OS
- Proficiency with TSO/ISPF
- Knowledge of JCL and mainframe utilities
- Unix/Windows OS knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
