Humana's Insurance Marketing Analytics team is focused on delivering insights that drive growth in the B2B space. As a Senior Associate, B2B Analytics, you’ll lead efforts to analyze and optimize marketing strategies targeting brokers, employers, and other business partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- 2+ years experience in programming in Python, Spark, and SQL
- 1+ years experience in test set up and measurement, including A/B, multivariate, incrementality, and inference
- Familiarity with Databricks
- Predictive modeling: logistic regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
Responsibilities
- Analyze B2B marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop visualizations, preferably in Power BI or PowerPoint, to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to inform strategy and targeting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with B2B segmentation and sales enablement strategies.
- Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.
