Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with data visualization, modeling, and reporting tools.
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Familiarity with customer journey analytics and segmentation.
- Experience with data visualization platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and reporting for onboarding and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to optimize member experiences.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve loyalty strategies.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Support governance and compliance activities related to member communications.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/customer engagement or master’s degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Experience with onboarding, retention, or loyalty marketing strategies.
- Occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
