athenahealth is looking to hire a Senior Associate, Product Management- IT Solutions to support the adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management of SaaS productivity tools —specifically Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural, to drive value from these platforms and improve healthcare provider focus on patients.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and ecosystem.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new applications, including Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural
- Proven track record of persistent problem-solving and effective research to resolve challenges, and value delivery through data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and internal communication platforms
Responsibilities
- Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural, including guiding configuration decisions, user support, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with senior Product Mgmt to define and implement system enhancements that align with business goals.
- Proactively manage necessary upgrades and maintenance for existing applications.
- Meet with end users to understand needs and translate them into actionable product improvements or support plans.
- Provide content and support for standard training by our Training team, and lead advanced trainings for power users.
- Break down and help resolve complex technical issues with technical team and implement quality solutions that meet performance outcomes
- Maintain and prioritize tickets & backlogs in ServiceNow and JIRA, ensuring alignment with team goals.
Other
- 2–3 years in product or project management and support, preferably in the IT domain
- experience with cross-functional teams, a positive attitude, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Open to feedback, reflective, and adaptable.
- Persistent in achieving goals and solving problems.
