Requirements
- Knowledge of Diebold Nixdorf programming reference manuals as well as the messages exchanged between the ATM and driving network strongly desired.
- Advanced understanding of technology as it relates to software, networking and systems/solutions development and other technical areas in either a banking or non-banking environment.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a drive toward ownership of the solution.
- Ability to handle multiple technical engagements.
- Work in autonomous role with little, if any, management direction.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Quality Assurance.
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the product development team to ensure we are certifying what will be rolled out to customers.
- Interfaces with PS Management, Product Management and support channels
- Interfaces with sales to assist in setting customer expectations of Diebold Nixdorf solutions as well as Diebold Nixdorf certified solutions as it relates to the customers’ driving network.
- Consults with network’s Product Management and Development groups on functionality and solution offering using Diebold Nixdorf’s current and new software releases.
- Review technical Needs Analysis and provides solution recommendations.
- Keeps current on the latest technological developments.
- Identifies new feature/functionality system requirements and provides specifications to the appropriate Product Management.

- Ability to Travel as needed both domestic and international.
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
