The Boeing Company's Specialized United States (US) Infrastructure Operations (SUSIO) Organization is seeking a Senior Azure Cloud Analyst to provide support in testing and executing auto scripts within the program for Azure, offering recommendations while ensuring strong customer relations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience analyzing and documenting systems, applications and processes
- 5+ years of experience developing and documenting application requirements from complex user flows and processes
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
- 3+ years of experience with Agile software development lifecycle
- Current Azure cloud certifications
- Experience with Confluence and Jira for documentation and tracking work
- Experience with automating test cases utilizing test framework tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that may include detailed technical documents
- Create process flows, business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based systems
- Design and document process flows to support cloud service management, price tracking, and operational improvements
- Support testing activities by creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in cloud operations and price tracking and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions
- Support the evaluation and integration of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) cloud tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate teams on cloud processes, documentation standards, and testing procedures
Other
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements related to cloud infrastructure and cost management
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business units and engineering teams
- Find the sequence of events, gap analysis, relationships and dependency mapping
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues related to requirements, testing, cloud cost optimization, and price tracking
- Promote best practices in documentation, requirements management, testing methodologies, and cloud cost governance
