Responsibilities
- Drive the software development of our customer facing applications
- Write high quality, maintainable and scalable code
- Identify and troubleshoot issues
- Instrumentation of experiment driven designs
- Influence and develop our coding standards and best practices
- Work closely with other engineers and dev ops to continuously improve our productivity
- Continuously improve our data model as our product evolves
Other
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to work independently with a large degree of ownership
- Intrinsically motivated by technology
- Start up and fintech experience a huge plus
- Regular onsite collaboration sessions several consecutive days per quarter either at the Bay Area, CA or NYC office
