Enhance stablecoin ecosystem and core projects by designing and deploying high-availability, secure solutions for on-chain finance and cross-chain liquidity management.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Rust*.
- Advanced backend experience with a proven history of building scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs*.
- Practical experience deploying and managing applications across multi-region cloud platforms*, proficient with CI/CD processes and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding of smart contract development* for EVM-compatible chains (and optionally for non-EVM chains such as Solana, Sui).
- Direct experience with DeFi applications (lending, derivatives, AMMs, stablecoins), with the ability to design and implement complex on-chain financial logic*.
- Prior experience with the Fireblocks API*.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated on-chain minting and cross-chain stablecoin liquidity management solutions*.
- Deploy modern web applications using best practices to ensure security, compliance, and high availability*, implementing monitoring and alerting systems to deliver high-uptime, low-latency user experiences.
- Promote engineering excellence and agile practices, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Mentor mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing, working closely with finance experts, blockchain specialists, and designers.
