Developing cloud-managed intercom systems to provide real-time insight and minimize security risks, workplace frustrations and costly inefficiencies for organizations
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry backend software engineering experience
- 2+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer at a rapidly growing start up or innovative company
- Deep expertise with relational databases. Postgres experience a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in either Python or GoLang
- Experience with Kubernetes a plus
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems and design latency sensitive applications for our Intercoms deployed around the world
- Collaborate cross functionally to design complex systems with simple and robust backend APIs
- Drive technical direction and lead teams on project execution
- Own backend systems end-to-end
- Resolve problems that span beyond team boundaries
Other
- BS or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, or science
- Ownership mentality
- Experience shipping out significant products
- Ability to take a less-than-fully-fleshed-out product idea and drive it to completion
