MLabs is a rapidly growing, well-funded B2B SaaS company that is reinventing the Accounts Receivable category for scaling technology companies by providing a modern, AI-powered platform to automate complex revenue workflows and billing. They are seeking a Mid/Senior Product Engineer with strong backend skills to build world-class financial tools and help shape their engineering culture.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience as a backend or full stack software engineer working on production products.
- Strong backend skills and proficiency in Kotlin (or equivalent experience with a strong statically-typed language and the eagerness to master Kotlin quickly).
- Proven ability to contribute to and shape backend architecture, ensuring scalability and stability.
- Experience in the FinTech, Payments, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) domain.
- Experience working on AI-powered platforms or complex B2B workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship robust financial tools for fast-scaling technology companies, focusing on the core billing, quote-to-cash, and revenue operations process.
- Play an integral role in shaping our backend architecture for performance, reliability, and scalability to support our hypergrowth.
- Write clean, high-performance code, primarily leveraging Kotlin, to create a world-class product experience.
- Guide product direction and decisions by collaborating closely with data, product, and design teams.
- Contribute to an inclusive, high-performance environment where autonomy and ownership are key.
