The partner company of Jobgether is looking to solve the problem of designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that enable seamless integration with blockchain networks, supporting high-performance applications that drive real-world business impact in the United States.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Golang; experience with TypeScript/Node.js is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, including DynamoDB, KMS, SQS, Lambda).
- Prior blockchain or Web3 experience is preferred, but a strong interest in learning is also valuable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement distributed, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.
- Develop and maintain services for smart contract integration with blockchain protocols.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for blockchain data ingestion and analytics.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to enhance system performance.
- Establish technical best practices, mentor team members, and raise engineering standards.
- Explore and adopt emerging blockchain technologies to address critical business challenges.
Other
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years on large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
