The Ads Measurement Lift Studies team needs to enhance the efficiency and user-friendliness of Reddit's advertising platform by building compelling experimentation products for advertisers.

- Prior experience in ads measurement and conversion lift system and products

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and enhance the conversion lift system and advertiser-facing measurement products
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to define and align on the product vision and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions
- Take ownership of work from concept to delivery, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions
- Continuously learn and grow with the team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development
Other
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders independently
