Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience building large-scale backend services with Java, Go, Python, or C++.
- Strong experience with backend infrastructure components such as message queues, caches, or job schedulers.
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-availability, high-performance, and scalable distributed systems.
- Experience architecting complex systems and translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services for core supply chain and logistics platforms (warehousing, inventory, transportation).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements in supply chain efficiency and business outcomes.
- Drive service performance, reliability, and data security at scale.
- Mentor engineers and set best practices in system design, coding, testing, and operations.
