Verkada is looking to expand its software engineering team to launch products and features that will be utilized by customers across the globe.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry backend software engineering experience
- 2+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer at a rapidly growing start up or innovative company
- Deep expertise with relational databases
- Postgres experience a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in either Python or GoLang
- Experience with Kubernetes a plus
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable systems and design latency sensitive applications for Intercoms deployed around the world
- Collaborate cross functionally to design complex systems with simple and robust backend APIs
- Drive technical direction and lead teams on project execution
- Own backend systems end-to-end
- Resolve problems that span beyond team boundaries
