Support one of our enterprise customers by providing operational support for a deployed agent (built as a Debian package in C++) and its integration with our Node.js-based backend services on GCP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js (Express.js preferred)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API debugging tools
- Comfortable with Linux systems (log reading, process monitoring, installing packages)
- Familiarity with gcp kubernetes, workload, logs, storage, build, argo cd.
- Ability to interpret software behavior from agent documentation
Responsibilities
- Understand the agent behavior via documentation and logs
- Investigate and resolve backend or integration issues
- Monitor logs, troubleshoot errors, and assist in deployments
- Coordinate with the internal team to push hotfixes or backend updates
Other
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the customer
- Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Based in US Eastern Time Zone hours
