Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake experience preferred)
- Experience with modern BI and analytics tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of solutions within the ATTAIN FINANCE BI technology stack, applying industry best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate complex business problems into well-defined technical designs, data models, and solution approaches.
- Execute end-to-end analytical solutions, including requirements gathering, methodology design, data extraction, transformation, analysis, insight development, and delivery.
- Leverage advanced SQL techniques to extract, transform, and optimize data for enterprise-level reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ATTAIN FINANCE’s business processes, source systems, data assets, and BI deliverables.
- Design and automate repeatable reporting and analytical processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service analytics for business partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing BI solutions through performance tuning, refactoring, and architectural enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data, or risk analysis
