Requirements
- Experience with application build within the Epic electronic health record
- Certification in Healthy Planet, Ambulatory, or relevant Epic certification
- Experience working with HEDIS, HCCs, and Value Based Analytics
- Healthcare analytic experience
- Knowledge of clinical workflow in hospital, ambulatory and post-acute environments
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
- Experience working with Epic Radar Dashboards, Epic Reporting Workbench Reports, and Epic Slicer Dicer
Responsibilities
- Build and Maintenance of Healthy Planet Tools such as: HEDIS/Value Based Analytics, My Panel Metrics, MIPS, Epic Flowsheets, Compass Rose Programs, CPT II codes, Our Practice Alerts, Social Drivers of Health, Preference Lists, Health Maintenance, UDS, Healthy Planet Link, HCC
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint in meetings with IT and Physician Leadership
- Working with and creating Epic Radar Dashboards
- Working with and creating Epic Reporting Workbench Reports
- Working with Epic Slicer Dicer
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical requirements, visualization and interactive reports
- Manage tasks and timelines related to assigned work
Other
- Bachelor's degree typically in computer science, mathematics, HIM, analytics, statistics, or relevant associated course work or 4 years equivalent BI work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and manage simultaneous tasks and projects
- High degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
