Natera is looking to leverage strong applied statistics expertise to design and implement statistical analysis and reporting of verification and validation experiments to support their product portfolio of cell-free DNA screening tests in Women's Health and Organ Health.
Requirements
- At least 2 years practical experience with statistical and data analysis software such as R (preferred)
- Working knowledge of statistical methodology in lab developed tests (LDTs) including an understanding of CLSI guidelines
- Prior experience with NGS and/or genetic assays a plus.
Responsibilities
- With minimal guidance, drive design and execution of verification and validation studies in support of Women’s Health and Organ Health product development
- Perform relevant statistical analyses (e.g., sample size, power, precision, and LoB/LoD/LoQ calculations) for studies of varying complexity
- With minimal guidance, prepare high-quality protocols, reports, and presentations for cross-functional collaborators and stakeholders
- When challenges arise, identify risks, communicate concerns, and present potential solutions to the interdisciplinary project team.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Other
- Master’s in biostatistics, statistics, or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to communicate in cross-functional teams with members of diverse technical backgrounds
- Ability to produce high quality written documentation for varying audiences.
