Requirements
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) for backlog management and documentation
- Exposure to AI, or automation platforms
- Familiarity with workflow automation and API integrations
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, computer vision)
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities that align with company goals
- Develop compelling business cases with clear ROI and success metrics for AI projects
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements for AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are scalable
- Map end-to-end business processes, highlighting areas where AI can drive efficiency and value
- Maintain a clear and prioritized AI program backlog in Jira, ensuring readiness for development
- Support testing and validation to ensure AI solutions deliver expected business outcomes
Other
- 4+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Strategic Project Management role within a technology-driven environment
- Proven experience leading technology or AI-related initiatives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI capabilities to real-world business value
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
