GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Program Integrity (CPI) on the Unified Case Management (UCM) system. The role will focus on enhancing investigative capabilities against fraud, waste, and abuse within CPI by supporting a data and reporting team for interactive and dynamic user-interface solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to read or write PostgreSQL or SQL scripts for data support
- JIRA/Confluence
- Ability to analyze technical processes
- Ability to document complex data and/or reporting projects
- Familiarity with large, complex data sources using PostgreSQL or SQL and experience with data migration and/or maintenance activity
- Experience with ETL, Reporting, and/or APIs
- Agile certification in SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, CSM or other agile certifications
Responsibilities
- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems.
- Serves as a lead analyst providing expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for complex and multiple business process engagements
- Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives
- Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis
- Researches industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices
- Be an instrumental player of a SAFe scrum team throughout the life cycle of the software implementation processes.
- Become knowledgeable in the UCM application and functionality to allow you to support requirement analysis and provide accurate estimates to reduce risk on the program deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- No clearance required, however must be able to obtain a public trust
