Public Storage is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise AI initiatives, bridging business and technical functions to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of AI solutions in production.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms, tooling, configuration, automation is a plus
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, automation platforms, or data-driven applications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and API-driven integrations.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, STT/TTS, or image AI.
Responsibilities
- Directly configure, monitor, and support AI platforms such as OpenWebUI, LLMs, and automation pipelines.
- Work side-by-side with AI engineers to manage upgrades, assist with model training pipelines, validate deployments, and ensure the reliability of AI solutions in production.
- Support, configure, and maintain AI tools (OpenWebUI, model APIs, vector databases, embedding services).
- Assist with model upgrades, retraining workflows, evaluation frameworks, and documentation of version changes.
- Monitor AI program tickets, investigate reported issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Identify ways to improve AI delivery workflows and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as a liaison between business units, engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/projects.
